Around 10,000 years back, a radical period of change led humans to breed animals, to build permanent settlements and to cultivate grains. Agriculture was born and our way of life has never been the same. The Neolithic Age has conducted humans to abandon their hunter-gatherer Paleolithic lifestyle.

Since grapes underwent the natural processes that involved the action of indigenous yeasts, fermented grape juice was created serendipitously. Wine as we know followed mankind travelling along Georgia, Ancient Mesopotamia, Assyria, Ancient Egypt, Phoenicia, Greece until the Roman Empire spread viticulture.

Celebrare has been created by wine lovers, that have certificates issued by well-recognized Brazilian and international institutions. With a simple, demystified approach, our instructors want to pass on to students their experiences and a little of what they have learned during years of study.
